Where are we going?

Our circle is a world networked with some of the most avant-garde coffee producers pushing the boundaries with experimental processes; leveraging science and technology in the most sustainable way possible.

Our passion for experimental fermentations, processes and exotic varieties marries flavours unique to Specialty Coffee, with our love of the Culinary arts and food pairing. Together we're working to package experientially what the high-end F&B community has done for centuries with food.

Some of the farmers we work with are diving deep into fermentation processes and exotic cultivars, and bring their own passion to this new fresh experience. We're here to champion progression of experience, as people who understand that excellence is worth exploring in coffee.
