Guji coffees are distinct from \u003cstrong\u003eYirgacheffe\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eSidamo\u003c\/strong\u003e—geographically, culturally, and in the cup—while still carrying Ethiopia’s hallmark aromatics.
