Farm Story:
Murambi is more than a mill—it’s a community hub. Cassien’s focus on regenerative practices is seen in both process and people: a cash premium for quality coffee funded the distribution of 450 goats to local farmers, supporting organic fertilization and additional income streams. All coffee is shade-grown Bourbon, sun-dried on raised beds, and meticulously processed for clarity and character.
Why Alpine:
Roasted on-demand in Aspen using solar power, delivered with a minimal carbon footprint, and fully traceable to origin. Alpine Roasters supports farm-gate pricing, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable livelihoods for women and smallholders.
